To carry out our activity, we process the personal data that our clients and users provide us, through the forms enabled both on our website and in physical support at our attention points, in order to resolve their queries, manage sales, and keep our subscribers informed about news that may be of interest to them.
In addition, there is the possibility that our users and clients receive periodic information about news related to our activity, including information about commercial promotions, new products, important news in the sector, or that may be of interest to them. We will only send them this information if they have given us their consent and, of course, if they decide to stop receiving this type of communication from us, they only have to indicate it through the contact forms that we make available on the website and in each of the communications that we send them.
On the other hand, you should know that we do not carry out personnel selection through our website, so if you provide us with personal data because you are interested in working with us, your personal data, including the curriculum data that you could provide us, will be treated solely for their immediate deletion.
Below we inform you about the different aspects to take into account in the processing of the data we collect from your personal information:
Purposes of the processing
Manage the doubts and inquiries that the user presents to us, regarding our services, products, prices, promotions, or any other characteristic shown or induced through the information we publish on the website, either through forms enabled for this purpose, by telephone or through the email address that appears on the website.
Manage personal data related to the marketing and provision of our services.
Sending commercial information about products, catalogues, and news in our sector to subscribers of the same.
Legitimization of the processing
For the development of attention to your queries and sales management, we will process your data under the execution of the contract or in application of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1b GDPR).
For the sending of commercial information, we rely on your express consent (Art. 6.1a GDPR).
These legitimizations are complemented by the fulfilment of legal obligations by this responsible party in cases where applicable.
Recipients of the information
Your data is intended for our data processors, who undertake to comply with the provisions of current legislation on data protection and with the instructions given by us regarding the processing of data and may not use it for a purpose other than that expressed here.
Likewise, we inform you that we do not carry out international data processing.
Execution of our services: We will keep your data for four years from the termination of the commercial relationship.
Commercial purpose: We will keep your data while your subscription to receive our communications remains active and you have not indicated your refusal to receive them. Once you have expressed your refusal to receive information, we will proceed to delete your data, regardless of possible legal obligations, which may give rise to a longer retention period for the data (although in this case, they will be duly blocked).
You should bear in mind that compliance with a legal obligation may entail the retention of your data, or part of it, for a longer period of time.
All users whose personal data are subject to processing may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion of their data, opposition to processing, and limitation to processing, as well as portability (in cases where it is possible under current legislation) and information on automated individual decisions (if they are made).
These rights may be exercised through one of the following channels:
- In writing, by sending their request, along with a copy of the documentation proving their identity, to the following address:
ROLLOUT DEMOCRACY - Attention to Personal Data
Avenida Lagartijo 20, 1-3 – Spain
- Through email to the address [email protected], digitally signing their request using the Spanish electronic National Identity Document (DNI), or attaching a copy of their DNI, in which case no further accreditation is required from the requesting person.
If the user considers that their rights have been ignored or violated, they should know that they can file a complaint with the competent control authority, which in this case is the Spanish Data Protection Agency. If the interested party deems it appropriate, they may also contact any competent control authority within the European Union.
