• Design and control the flow, energy, and rhythm of your event

Why there is a Level 1 and Level 2

Designing an event and running it are two very different challenges.

Level 1 focuses on getting the foundations right:

Level 2 is about what happens in real life:

• Handling unexpected situations
• Managing people, timing, and pressure
• Delivering an event that actually works in the moment
