You've learned what AI can do. Now it's time to make it work for you.
Building on Level 1, this hands-on workshop goes deeper into AI agents, automated workflows, and advanced creative tools for advocacy and public affairs.
You'll learn how to build AI systems that take on repetitive work, support research and monitoring, and help your team create richer campaign content, and all with user-friendly tools and no coding required.
The focus is on practical applications you can bring back to your team and start using in your day-to-day work.
What you'll learn
By the end of the workshop, you'll know how to:
- design advanced AI agents for communications, research and strategy
- build automated workflows for tasks such as media monitoring, sentiment analysis and event management
- connect AI tools using no-code automation platforms such as Zapier and Make
- create more advanced images and videos using tools such as Sora, Veo, Runway and Midjourney
- identify where automation can save your team time while keeping people in control
- apply AI responsibly and strategically in advocacy and public affairs
What you'll build
This is a hands-on session. You'll work on practical exercises including:
- build an advocacy-focused AI agent for research, communications or strategy
- create an automated media-monitoring workflow
- set up a workflow for sentiment tracking or event management
- connect different tools to create a repeatable AI-powered workflow
- experiment with advanced AI image and video tools for campaign content

Explore what more advanced agents can do across research, communications and strategy.
You'll look at practical examples from public affairs and build an automated, advocacy-focused AI agent of your own.
10:45–11:00 | Coffee break
11:00–11:30 | Automating repetitive work
Get hands-on with no-code platforms including Zapier and Make, and learn how to connect tools and automate everyday tasks.
You'll explore workflows for media monitoring, sentiment tracking and event management.

This workshop is designed for public affairs professionals, campaigners, communications teams, advocacy organisations, policy professionals, and people already using AI who want to move from individual prompts to agents and automated workflows.
It's particularly useful for participants who have completed AI for advocacy, level 1 or already have a good understanding of AI prompting and everyday AI tools.
